Your purchase grants you a single personal license to enjoy the product; it does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the book text or plush design.

2. Product Accuracy & Availability
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our book and plush bundle as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in plush manufacturing and screen displays may occur. We reserve the right to limit sales quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery Risks
All physical purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to our shipping carrier (USPS). We are not legally responsible for USPS carrier transit delays, weather delays, or stolen packages left at your delivery address.

4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system glitch or typographical error.

5. Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
