We want you to love your book and plush bundle! We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned in their original, resellable condition:

• The Plush Toy: Must be unwashed, unused, odorless (free of smoke/perfume), and clean.

• The Book: Must be unread, with an uncreased spine and clean pages free of folds or markings.

Note: We cannot accept partial returns on bundles. Both the book and the plush must be returned together.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like USPS Ground Advantage), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bundle arrives damaged from transit or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesweetwitchtales.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will happily send you a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Do not ship items back without contacting us first. Please email us at infor@thesweetwitchtales.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will send you the correct return shipping address instructions.
